As set out in Art. 10.1, Act 34/2002 of 11 July, on the information society services and electronic commerce, it is established that YEESSHH LTD (henceforth, YEESSHH) is the service provider, with registered address in Ground Floor 71, Lower Baggot street, Dublin D02P593, Ireland with Corporate Tax Code IE3471808LH, registered in the Irish Companies’ Register,. Contracting
As set out in Art. 27.a) of the LSSI (the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), bookings via www.clickbidtulum.com will be comprised of the following steps:
Step 1: Choose the number of tickets from the event page.
Step 2: Choose the ticket type.
Step 3: Enter personal data regarding the booking and those of the bank card used to guarantee the booking, and accept the liability waiver
Step 4: Verification of the booking details.
Step 5: The booking is formalised, the confirmation page will be displayed.
Step 6: An email will be sent to you to confirm the booking, which includes all the booking details.
YEESSHH will generate a comprehensive e-document formalising the booking for your records, which gives you access to your booking and informs you fully about the booking content in an email, once it has been processed.
After completing the reservation, guests are requested to review the content of the reservation in order to identify possible material errors in the introduction of data.
The legal clause relating to the right of abandonment will not apply to bookings made via www.clickbidtulum.com, with the specific conditions of the offer applying to cancellations. To make cancellations, customers should contact YEESSHH directly using the email address indicated in the booking confirmation message and give the booking identification details.
Industrial and intellectual property
All content included on this website, including, but not limited to, articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audio, databases, software, and the website in its entirety belong to the YEESSHH as owner of the domain and/or legitimate entity for its use in virtue of the concession by a third party licence, and its use is therefore prohibited without express prior authorisation.
Right of re-marketing
By purcahsing ticket, user authorizes Yeesshh to transfer its email and referecnes to the event sponsors and media partner. User agrees to receive commercial communication from ClickbidTulum sponsors and Media partners.
All trademarks, commercial names, logos and any other distinctive characters appearing on the website are the property of YEESSHH, or this entity holds the corresponding user licence for its inclusion on the website.
All use and/or operation would require the prior authorisation of YEESSHH. In the absence of any express authorisation and notwithstanding the foregoing, any reproduction, public communication, distribution and transformation of these contents and/or trademarks for commercial or lucrative purposes are strictly prohibited.
Non refundable tickets
Tickets for Clickbid Tulum ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
You are entitled to an 80% refund if you cannot join because of Covid. In such case you will be requested to supply evidence of not being able to travel to the purchased destination (country shutting frontiers with Mexico, or medical certificate of being covid positive).
Liability waiver
"I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that depending on country, public health authorities recommend diverse practices of social distancing. I further acknowledge that Barcelo Riviera Maya resort has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Yeesshh LTD acting as an organizer, can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, event staff, and other event clients and their families. I voluntarily participate in the event proposed by the organizer and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending the meeting. I attest that: * I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. * I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. * I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities. * I am following all public health recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I hereby release and agree to hold the organizer harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the event, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the event. I understand that this release discharges the organizer from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the event with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from the organizer. This liability waiver and release extends to the event together with all owners, partners, and employees."
